The company is looking for someone to manage the central administration team for its Group Headquarters in London's West End. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will involve:

· Oversee a staff of 3 people - Staff Travel Co-ordinator and 2 Administration Staff.

Facilities

· Headquarters building (facilities) management including health & safety management
· Monitor monthly budgets
· Prepare forecasts and yearly budgets
· Coordinate internal department moves
· Negotiate supplier contracts
· Source and purchase new office equipment when required

HR Duties

· Ensure best legal employment practices are maintained

· Maintenance of HR records
· Coordination of necessary legal advice for Line Managers

Staff Travel

· Oversee the staff travel function
· Monitor monthly budgets

Other Admin

· Assist the CFO on company secretarial matters
· Other duties of general support as designated from time to time by the CFO

Operations and Travel Help Supervisor Salary to £20000

Based London

The principle purpose of the Supervisor is to supervise the day top day activities of the Sales Reconciliation team; and Help Desk work allocation and personal items, to ensure that sales are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

This involves:
· Prioritising the workload within the team as appropriate

· Being the first point of contact for "trouble shooting" WBS System problems

Requirements
The successful applicant will have at least two years experience in the group inbound industry. It will be particularly useful if the candidate has direct experience with negotiating space and rates with UK and/or Irish Hoteliers. S/he will have a tenacious and dynamic personality, both to provide team leadership and to convince suppliers to accept our groups at our rates!
